Enjoying a cup of tea is one of my favorite ways to spend an evening with friends and family or even alone.  In fact this amazing beverage can help me to relax just about any time of the day.  There is just something about tea that brings people together.  Tea has something to offer for everyone whether you prefer the flavored varieties or just plain tea.  In some parts of the world, tea is considered a sacred drink, it is the beverage that brings people and families together for teatime and lively discussion.  In other parts of the world it is considered so important that it represents a certain time of the day.

One of the reasons having a cup of tea is one of my favorite pastimes is because it helps me to unwind after a long day of writing.  As a writer, creativity is very important.  Having a cup of tea allows me to bring out new energies and replenish my creativity so I can continue to create my best work.  This is important, no matter what your profession.  Tea can have some amazing and seemingly magical benefits.
